Rosa, I’m not sure I am answering in the correct place for the first assignment in the Purpose course but I can’t see where else I can answer the question so I am posting it here.

I am committed to this 5-day challenge because I coach and teach in Life Purpose and have for many years but that doesn’t mean that as I evolve or as my business evolves that I don’t have questions or concerns. I feel when you’re committed to living a purposeful life, there’s always a curiosity of can I do more, less, is this still in alignment or not? So, a challenge like this with questions to ask over and over, can indeed be very helpful for me.

My purpose is a culmination of smaller purposes that arise out of ideals I live by (or at least I try!). As a student, I am drawn towards many things and I find myself torn between choosing each one of them. Through this course, I want to align my many purposes in the same direction, or find a way to coordinate my smaller purposes even if they move in different directions. I look forward to learning something from this course!

I am here ready to start this new expiring course because I probably need to observe, understand, and take care of my purpose. I can compare my purpose to a dynamic mixed technique painting and the tool I used is a passion for what I love. I believe my purpose was born with me and continues to take shape over time fed by the books I have read, the exams I have prepared, the movies I have watched, the songs I listened to, the painting I have observed, the people I have met, the cities I have visited and the cities I have lived… My purpose is still growing with me.
But you know, life can be hard sometimes and you can put your purpose in a corner covered by a big, and dark blanket.
Among the many uncertainties of life, however, I realized that I cannot ignore it because it would mean to ignore myself.
From this course, I want to see my purpose with no fear and learn how to feed it day by day. And of course, I want to become more confident to share, because I strongly believe no purpose makes sense if you don’t share.
    Thank you (ꈍ ᴗ ꈍ✿)

I am also not sure if this is the right place for the first assignment, but I see other people posting here, so I’m just gonna dive right in.

I am committed to the five day challenge because I think it will be very helpful to fully hone in on my purpose. As I grew up I always had a very clear idea of what I wanted in life and a strong sense of purpose. For many years I have worked very hard to attain that vision. However, I find that stuff is just not flowing. The last couple of years I’ve had many disappointing experiences which have led me to feel drained and unsure of my purpose. I have also found that this is not my natural state of being. Really I am a cheeky monkey that loves to laugh, dance and bring joy. So I am here to re-examine my purpose as an adult and find out with a renewed sense of focus what it is.

Although a bit later than some of the others, I also look forward to starting the course on Purpose. It’s a big theme, and in the past I often got stuck on it – feeling like I had to do so many things in order to live up to a purpose I had consciously or subconsciously on my mind. I feel less stuck on it now, feel more free, but also have the gut feeling that more is possible to realise and make use of my full potential. Alignment is important to me – to feel that I’m not bound to doing certain things in order to feel fulfilled, but to see things for what they are, e.g. purposeful living might already be right there in front of me instead of having to ‘achieve’ it.
